The house is perfect for family vacations, friends on Holliday and company trips. It is located on top of a hill offering views of villages, Serra de Tramuntana and a hilly landscape. It is normally a slight breeze around the house due to the elevated location of the property, which is quite comfortable during the summer heat. The “finca” is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large flat lawn and several terraces of bushes, olive- and fruit trees. The property around the garden consists of a cultivated almond grove of 21.000 square meters, offering complete privacy and beautiful views.

The house consists of five double bed rooms, all with good sized bathrooms en suite, a large living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen- and dining room, library/TV room/office, separate guest toilet and hall/hallways. The house is comfortably furnished with a combination of classic furniture and Scandinavian and French antiques offering an informal and relaxing atmosphere.

There is ample seating around the main house. In addition, there is a comfortable outdoor lounge area as well as a dining area for 12 people , both under roof. Both inside and outside, there is a BOSE Lifestyle music system with speakers divided into 5 zones. There is a large flatscreen in the TV room and Wireless internet all over the property - both inside and outside.

Further, there is a large and very deep salt water pool (13m long) with diving board at the end. The pool house has a fully equipped outside kitchen, and a barbecue area and a dining table for 10 people. There is also a separate music system for the pool area. The pool area offers comfortable sunbeds and an outside shower as well as a ping pong table by the pool.
